The Recruitment Process – Clients

Here is what you can expect from Wilson Blake when recruiting for a vacancy:

1 – Give us a call. Whether it be for an active vacancy or you know you will need someone down the line, we’d love to hear from you and form a plan of action.

2 – Job Description. If you don’t have one we can help you write one – after discussing what the requirements of the role are.

3 – Meeting. This is so we can gain a better understanding of the company environment and culture; this allows us to provide a better understanding to the candidates and make sure we send across suitable applicants.

4 – Market Knowledge. We will inform you of the state of the candidate market and how appealing the role and package is compared to other companies in your industry.

5 – Timescale. We will provide you with a realistic timescale of how long the process will take.

6 – Best Available Candidates. Through vast external advertising, use of our internal database and active networking – we will provide you with a shortlist of the best candidates for the position.

7 – Shortlist & Interviews. Once you have decided which of our candidates you’d like to interview; we will arrange the interviews for whenever you’re available.

8 – Feedback. After receiving the candidate’s views we will give honest feedback so you can assess who to bring back for final stage.

9 – Offer Stage. We will provide full referencing for your new employee and will handle the offer stage to ensure everything runs smoothly.
